LTX Launches in Australia - Introduces LTX Express
LTX Pty Ltd officially launches today at the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia 2008 National Convention and ExpoMart, being held at the Sydney Convention Centre.
LTX will be show casing its new LTX Express loan origination system that delivers straight through processing of mortgage applications from submission through to settlement.
LTX's Chairman Martin Priestley says that LTX Express will revolutionise the Australian Mortgage Industry.
“LTX Express allows lenders to cut mortgage processing time to minutes, not days. In an environment where margins are being squeezed, technology is becoming the new competitive edge for mortgage lenders,” said Priestley.
“By radically improving the speed and efficiency of mortgage processing, LTX Express will allow lenders to dramatically improve customer service and to achieve substantial cost savings, with very low levels of capital expenditure.”
“LTX will also be relaunching its range of mortgage processing services that are well established and proven during the near decade long operation as Lending Technology Services, prior to today’s launch,” he said.
You can visit LTX on Wednesday May 14 at the ExpoMart trade day, simply by coming along to Hall 5 of the Convention Centre. Thursday and Friday ExpoMart days are restricted to delegates to the MFAA Conference.
For Conference delegates, LTX is excited to welcome our Canadian-based Director John Bordignon. John will be co-presenting a session with Solution 4 Managing Director Michelle King on International Best Practice on Thursday at 3pm as part of the convention.
