Martin Priestley

Chairman

Martin brings over twenty years’ experience in domestic and international financial services throughout Australia, the UK, US, Canada, New Zealand, Europe and Asia. He is Managing Director of Bamford Partners, an advisory and investment group with strong connections to the mortgage processing, CRM and financial services industries.

He was previously Managing Director and CEO of a commercial property finance and investment group following successful careers in Australian and UK banks.

Martin has built valuable corporate, commercial, retail finance and funds management businesses. He has served on a number of private company boards with responsibility for credit, audit, compliance and remuneration.

John Bordignon

Director

John is Executive Vice President, Strategic Development of Canadian-based Paradigm Quest. Paradigm Quest is Canada’s leading mortgage outsourcing company, Paradigm’s who enable new and existing lenders with a cost effective mortgage operation solution that can quickly respond to market conditions.

Prior to joining Paradigm Quest, John was Executive Vice President, Corporate Development for Filogix Limited Partnership, a division of Davis & Henderson, the leading technology provider to the Canadian mortgage industry. At Filogix, he was responsible for product development and all new corporate initiatives.

John has over 25 years experience in the Canadian mortgage market including 18 years with National Bank of Canada in various leadership positions. At National Bank he was responsible for the Bank’s mortgage portfolio.

Tony Kelly

Chief Financial Officer

With over 30 years of investment banking, corporate strategy, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance experience in Australia and international markets, Tony offers the group exceptional knowledge and experience.

Tony has extensive global contacts and provides extensive business development expertise.

Tony spent many years abroad working in senior positions for an impressive list of companies, including roles as Managing Director of MAST Global, Credit Suisse First Boston and BZW (where he was head of Global M&A). He was also a Partner of Monitor Group for four years. Tony began his investment banking career at Morgan Stanley in New York.

Mike Thanos

Chief Operating Officer

Mike is Chief Operating Officer at LTX and sits on the company's Board of Directors. As COO, he is closely involved in setting company strategy and is responsible for all operational aspects of the business, including sales, product development, client service delivery, human resources, and industry partnerships. He has worked in the mortgage industry for 10 years, during which time he has gained extensive experience in loan origination processing systems in Australia and North America, collaborative processing using B2B links and business process outsourcing.

Since 2005, Mike has been a Director of LIXI, the Australian mortgage industry's data standard setting body. He has been actively involved in LIXI since its inception in 2000, convening a number of working groups and guiding LIXI's intellectual property management.

Mike has been part of LTX and its predecessor, Lending Technology Services (LTS), since 1999, when he formed the company with co-founder John Grant and national Australian law firm, Blake Dawson Waldron. Before founding LTS, he practised law at Blake Dawson Waldron in the areas of real property, information technology and intellectual property.

Greg Berinson

Head of Client and Product Strategy

Greg has extensive consulting experience across the loan origination to settlement and servicing value chain and heads the team responsible for the functional design and implementation of the LTX suite of software products.

Prior to joining LTS, Greg worked for two and a half years as a consultant in the Boston Consulting Group's Melbourne office and before that as a solicitor in the commercial division of Perth law firm Jackson McDonald. Greg has had three years teaching experience in commerce and law at the University of Western Australia and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws with first class honours from that University.

Greg's strengths are his analysis and strategic thinking, oral and written presentation and analysis and strategic thinking. He has responsibility for key project deliverables and makes presentations of project findings to clients at the most senior level.

Brad Heaton

Head of Technology

As Head of Technology at LTX, Brad oversees software development, infrastructure, and support of all internal and client systems.

Brad brings years of software development, support, and project management experience having worked with companies including: Sanmina-SCI, IBM, Fujitsu, Nike, Harris Scarfe, Betts Group, Body Shop International, and Darrell Lea. Brad also oversaw the technical design and project management aspects of a BPO implementation for a non-conforming mortgage lender into LPS (now known as LTX Processing Services).

Brad is a decorated former Naval Intelligence Analyst who specialised in tactical battlefield and strategic intelligence reporting to national-level decision makers; and brings a focused, disciplined, and highly technical skill set to LTX.

Brad holds a BSBA in Management Information Systems (Summa Cum Laude) from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, a Graduate Certificate in Financial Planning from FINSIA, and numerous qualifications from the NSA National Cryptology School in Maryland, USA.

Mark Jenkins

Head of Processing Services

As the Head of LTX's Processing Services division (LTXPS), Mark is responsible for the management and delivery of the LTX BPO offering. With a technology and business administration background, he works closely with the LTX technology team to oversee the implementation of new client processes onto the LTX Express loan processing platform. From that time onwards, Mark and his team of experienced mortgage processing staff work with LTX's clients and business partners to deliver their industry leading outsourced processing service.

Mark oversaw the creation of the Processing Services division in 2003 and has managed the implementation and ongoing activities associated with new lender clients since that time. During this time, LTXPS has gained considerable expertise in the processing of mortgage related transactions which has seen them process Full Doc, Low Doc and No Doc home loan and Reverse Mortgage applications.

Between 2001 and 2005 and in addition to his responsibilities at LTX, Mark held the role of Executive Officer of Lending Industry XML Initiative Limited (LIXI) an independent standards based organisation focused on the electronic interchange of data within the mortgage finance industry. During his time in the role, LIXI's administrative and membership structure was created and this formed the basis of its successful expansion in later years.

Greg White

Head of Project Office

Greg is a certified Project Manager who moved to Melbourne from Sydney at the end of 2005, to join LTX and to take responsibility for implementing project based work practices within the organisation. Greg formed and heads up the LTX Project Office and oversees the LTX programme of work across all clients.

Greg's background stretches across a number of diverse roles within the residential lending industry and includes starting out in credit assessment (unsecured credit) at St George Bank whilst at university; various support, underwriting and internal relief roles at Rams Home Loans; supervision of a number of teams providing back off functions at Resimac Limited; through to providing S.M.E., B.A. and Project Management services to the Resimac I.T. Department.

Greg was the first formal P.M. within the Resimac Ltd organisation and was the prime participant in implementing project based work practices within the I.T. department and organisation.

John Winter

Marketing Director

John Winter joined LTX in early 2008 to help launch the LTX brand in Australia. He is responsible for all aspects of communications, marketing and public relations for the business.

Prior to joining LTX, John was Marketing Director for property finance and investment group, Ashe Morgan Winthrop, where from mid 2005, he was responsible for the business’ communications and branding as well as market development strategies. Before joining AMW as Marketing Director, John was a long-term adviser to the business creating the leading indicator, the AMW Property Investors Survey 13 years ago and built it to become one of the leading property and finance market indicators.

Prior to that John was a Senior Account Director with a public relations consultancy, specialising in the property development and the banking sector. Aside from crisis management, he advised on public consultation strategies for major developments, council negotiations, lobbying and development marketing.

John has also been Director Corporate Communications for the NSW Rural Fire Service, a role in which he gained international exposure as the public face for the world’s largest fire agency, especially during the disastrous Christmas 2001 and 2002/2003 fire seasons. He was instrumental in creating innovative public communications strategies that helped people protect themselves and their properties from the dangers of bushfires, and received a NSW Premiers Award and Rural Fire Service citation for his efforts.

John launched and ran a successful specialist consultancy that used market and industry research for corporate publicity and strategy setting. Before establishing this business, John had been Head of Economic Research with one of Australia’s leading human resource firms, a role in which he became a leading commentator on employment, business management and economic issues.

John has also served as a councillor and deputy mayor of a suburban Sydney local council
